Shipping policy
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier company (most likely CouriersPlease). Deliveries are processed promptly (during weekdays only) upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 business days, depending on the delivery option.
Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of hispanicpantry.com.au.
Authority to leave (ATL) is our default for all deliveries, which means that the courier will not require a signature for delivery and will leave the parcel in a safe place if no one is home. Customer agrees that the parcel is deemed 'delivered' when left at premises.
Hispanic Pantry will not be held liable for any parcel loss, due to theft or negligence if proof of delivery has been provided from our courier.
If you would prefer to sign for the parcel, please leave express note at cart under the Special instructions section. If no one is home at the time of delivery, it will be rearranged for the next available day or the parcel will be taken to a local Post Office for collection.
Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.
